Yes. Most pieces are made after you order, which takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Each product page lists its options.
Can I add engraving or a personal message?+
Only products showing a personalization field support that option. Enter your text exactly as it should be produced. Once production starts, changes may no longer be possible, so contact us right away if you need one.
When will my order arrive?+
US orders usually arrive 4–10 business days after you order, with shipping at $4.99. Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand take 7–25 business days at $14.99. These are estimates, not guarantees.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Email hello@pendantrepublic.com with your order number and clear photos, and please do not send anything back until we authorize it. New items can be returned within 60 days; some fees apply, so see the return policy for details.
