Our business

Pendant Republic LLC is an online gift store offering jewelry and keepsakes. Most products are made to order. After an order is placed, our production and fulfillment partner creates the item and ships it to the customer. Product materials, available options, personalization requirements, prices, processing information, and estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, and our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or an address outside our supported delivery areas. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order.

Prices and shipping charges are displayed before checkout. Taxes, duties, or import charges may apply depending on the destination. International duties and taxes, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Personalized and made-to-order products

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, messages, photographs, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Production may begin shortly after purchase, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, colors, dimensions, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations may cause minor differences in color or appearance. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us so we can review the issue under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Shipping and returns

Current shipping destinations, rates, handling times, transit estimates, and customs information are provided in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, fees, exchanges, damaged-item procedures, and refund timing are provided in our Refund & Returns Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, personalization, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or irrelevant content.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in violation of applicable law, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual property

The website’s original text, branding, graphics, layouts, and other content are owned by Pendant Republic LLC or used with permission.
